- Valid ID photo is required to apply for the stay permit
- If you need to invite visitors, please notify the host in advance.

House Rules:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- Do not hang clothes on the balcony.
- Do not leave shoes or other items outside the door.
- Prohibited to reset the electrical equipment in the room (such as router, MODEM, TV, etc.). Please contact the host if necessary.
- During the stay, avoid cooking food that produces excessive smoke to prevent triggering the alarm.

Swimming Pool:
- Need purchase swimming pool coupon from the admin office.
- You can only purchase the coupon when the admin office is working
- 150peso for working days and 300peso for holiday days. one coupon good for one day

Pest Prevention:
- In tropical countries, there are many rats and cockroaches, so try to keep doors and windows closed as much as possible
- Do not leave unsealed food items outside
- Promptly clean up food residues to prevent attracting rats and cockroaches
Cleaning & Safety:
- Professional cleaning before each stay
- For bookings of 14 days or fewer, no free cleaning service included (an extra set of bed linen, towels, etc., will be provided; there is a washing machine in the room, and a laundry room is available downstairs). For long-term bookings, due to the significant discount already applied, a free deep cleaning will be provided approximately every 15 days (based on the duration of your booking).

Check-In / Check-Out
Check In
- Before check-in, a guest authorization letter(stay permit) and the main door PIN code will be issued to the guest.
- Check-in time: anytime after 2:00 PM(24 hours lobby), early check-in is allowed(need to confirm with the host).
- Present the guest authorization letter and all IDs to the lobby to check in.
- Self check-in with pin code of digital lock.
Tap the number area slightly to light the number, then tap the PIN code and # to open the lock. If you tap the wrong number, tap * key to clear and input the PIN code again.
Check Out
- We would greatly appreciate it if you could notify the host of your check-out time one day in advance.
- Check-out time: before 12:00 PM (noon), late check-out is allowed(need to confirm with the host).
- Double check the belongs of the guest before check out.
- Close the air conditioning and turn off the lights.
- Close the windows and door.
- Leave the room and inform the host.

This property ensures thorough cleaning and regular pest control treatments. However, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cockroaches. As this is a tropical country, even if there are no cockroaches in the listing, they may still enter through corridors or windows.
Electricity and Internet Service:
Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as power outages or internet disruptions, we cannot guarantee an uninterrupted supply of these services. In the event of such disruptions, we will provide appropriate compensation for any inconvenience caused.
