Booking:

• Valid ID photo is required to apply for the stay permit
• If you need to invite visitors, please notify the host in advance.

House Rules:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• Do not hang clothes on the balcony.
• Do not leave shoes or other items outside the door.
• Prohibited to reset the electrical equipment in the room (such as router, MODEM, TV, etc.). Please contact the host if necessary.
• During the stay, avoid cooking food that produces excessive smoke to prevent triggering the alarm.
• No parties or events
• No pets allowed
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Swimming Pool:

• Need purchase swimming pool coupon from the admin office.
• You can only purchase the coupon when the admin office is working
• 150peso for working days and 300peso for holiday days. one coupon good for one day
• Unavailable on Monday due to maintenance

Pest Prevention:

• In tropical countries, there are many rats and cockroaches, so try to keep doors and windows closed as much as possible
• Do not leave unsealed food items outside
• Promptly clean up food residues to prevent attracting rats and cockroaches

Cleaning & Safety:

• Professional cleaning before each stay
• For bookings of 14 days or fewer, no free cleaning service included (an extra set of bed linen, towels, etc., will be provided; there is a washing machine in the room, and a laundry room is available downstairs). For long-term bookings, due to the significant discount already applied, a free deep cleaning will be provided approximately every 15 days (based on the duration of your booking).
